Last night I did a photo shoot for Rachel. She is expecting a baby boy and I can’t wait to photograph him when he arrives in August!
She owns a GREAT little boutique in Islamorada, Nohea. I do quite a bit of my shopping in there! =) You should go by and check out her shop.

I LOVE newborn photo shoots! They are so adroable and I have so much fun photographing them. It’s such a precious and personal time and I am so thankful that they allow me to be a part of their celebration.

When I returned from the Dominican Republic I drove straight to West Palm to fit a newborn shoot in before I headed back home to the Keys. I LOVE Newborn shoots!!!! They are just so adorable! I have to remind myself that I am there to photograph them and not just to hold them. Here is a little sneak peek of this adorable baby boy. You are always an incredible pleasure to work with!
I just returned from being in the Dominican Republic for a week. It was a great trip, despite all the rain! I headed down to Santo Domingo last Sunday for two reasons.
First, to do some photography for my good friend Ina. She runs a mission organization in a little village outside of the city. CLICK HERE to check out her site. She has some great projects going on. I’ll post more details and photos later.

I was also able to shoot a family portrait session for my good friends Mandie and Jason. We had to fight with the rain and a two year old who was not feeling great, but we were still able to get some great shots! The colors and textures of the Colonial Zone were a beautiful background for this amazing family! I feel so blessed to have such great friends in my life!!!!
