While I was out in Oregon in June I shot some family photos for my good friend Jenni. I grabbed this one of her middle daughter KJ. I LOVE this shot. KJ spent almost the whole shoot picking flowers. I love that you can see her bouquet in her hand.
Here are a few of the shoots I took of Monica at the Vizcaya for her quince. This location gave us such a great selection for the background of her images. The Vizcaya has beautiful architecture and gardens and Monica was so great to work with. I had such a blast and she was such a sport even though it was a pretty hot day in July when we shot these.

I follow a lot of blogs! They are mostly photographers blogs but there are also some friends blogs and some other great blogs. One of those blogs is Small Magazine. I find inspiration through their images and the artist they feature. They have an on-going project called Small Weekend Photo Project. Recently they choose one of my images I took of my niece for their recent post. You’ll have to check it out. It’s the one on the right with my youngest niece standing at the door. She was actually watching her big brother and sister playing outside and wanted to join them! She is so cute!
